These terms govern your use of OvateAccess and its connected applications. Your account is provided by invitation as part of your membership or relationship with a participating organization.
Acceptance
By completing registration you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
The service
OvateAccess provides identity, sign-in, trusted-device management, and end-to-end-encrypted messaging for members of participating organizations. Features may change over time.
Your responsibilities
Keep your password, recovery phrase, and trusted devices secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Notify your organization's administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes connected to your organization. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
Suspension and off-boarding
You may end your relationship with the organization, which off-boards your account. An organization administrator may suspend or disable an account. Because you may have created or managed records within the organization, a suspended or off-boarded account and its associated business records may be retained as required, rather than fully deleted, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable data protection or other law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and may require you to accept the new version. The current version and date appear at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the organization operates, including applicable data protection law.
